The Benefits of a Benefits Broker
Full analysis of your current extended medical and dental plan with suggestions for an alternate plan to help you remain competitive in your market.
Full tenders highlighting multiple insurance companies to choose from with a focus on what is most important to both you and your employees.
Plan implementation including enrolments and orientations with all employees and the completion of any required documentation.
We can act on behalf of your employees when submitting insurance claims and requesting information from the insurance company. We have direct contact with the insurance companies and can obtain information more efficiently.
Quarterly reviews of insurance claims usage are emailed at 6, 9, and 12 months.
When the time comes to renew your insurance policy we will complete a full review to show you a breakdown of your claims and usage trends. We will provide you with suggestions on where you can make changes and we will negotiate a new rate on your behalf.

EAP offers counselling services for you and your staff covered under most extended medical programs. This confidential service is available 24/7 at no additional cost. Some services are available over the phone, while others involve in-person sessions.

As an expert in her industry, Tasha has over 13 years of experience working in individual and group benefits. She calls beautiful Vancouver Island home and loves the great outdoors. When not working with her clients and their employees, you can find Tasha at the hockey rink, spending time with her son, hiking on the beautiful trails that are right at her doorstep or driving the countryside in her sporty red “zoom zoom”, and spending time with great friends of course!
